The website and online shop Electro Denim Lab (hereinafter referred to as “EDL Site”)  is owned and operated by Reva Deol, a business entity registered in Singapore under the  appointed company registration number 53098992A. These terms and conditions govern your use of this website; you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions related to the usage and access of our EDL Site, may be updated from time to time, with or without your notice. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, or partaking in any promotions, or using the EDL Site for any purpose, you are bound by these Terms & Conditions. Intellectual property

We own the intellectual property rights and materials on our EDL Site. 

Subject to the license above, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may view, download and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions.  

You must not:

• republish material from our EDL Site including republication on another website, without our consent.
• reproduce, copy, distribute or otherwise exploit material on this website for a commercial purpose;
• edit or otherwise modify any material on the website.

You must not use this website for any purposes related to marketing without our express written consent.

Product Description And Defects

We try to be accurate as reasonably possible in our descriptions of products available for purchase through our EDL Site. We aim to be error free but there are no guarantees that there will not be inaccuracies such as stock shortages, incorrect display of text, images and pricing. In the case of stock shortages, we shall contact you by email to inform on the issue.  For incorrect pricing, we will refund as store credits. Minor variations in measurement (within 1 inch) is not considered a defect. You are responsible for ensuring that your sizing measurements are accurate.  Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions or variances in computer screen calibration.

If you believe you have received a defective item, reach out to us via the contact form available on our EDL site with your order number and a photograph of the defect. All defective items are to reach us within 14 calendar days from dispatch date. 

Personal Details and Privacy:

Electro Denim Lab is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to EDL Site. You have the opportunity to create a user account for a ppersonal and convenient shopping experience which will make it easier for you to place and deliver orders. 

We will not share or disclose your information to anyone except for approved third-party vendors who are hired for specific functions, including but not limited to order-fulfilling, delivery, postal mail, email, processing of payments and more.

We may use your personal information to support and enhance your use of our site, including without limitation: providing customer service; sending you marketing material through Electronic Direct Mailers. fulfilling your order and any other methods.

You are able to view & change your personal details upon request. In case of circumstances such as attempted fraud, your personal details can be given to the appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to cancel all orders and payments in the case of attempted fraud.

We will handle all personal details with the highest secrecy and utmost care. 

Eligibility of Use

To use EDL site,  you must be at least 18 years of age  in order to access and/or use the Site;

By using EDL’s site and confirming a purchase, you have authorised EDL to process a charge or charges on your Credit/Debit or Paynow,  account in the amount of the total purchase price for the product(s) purchased. 

With the use of our Services, you have agreed that we may use personal details provided by you to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks and controls as and when required. Under such circumstances, the personal details you have provided may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency acceptably to us which may keep a record of the information.

Acceptance of Orders

When placing an order, please check that all details are right in terms of the product, quantity & delivery information.  You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders. Our acceptance of your order will take place when a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address with us. Once the order has been processed for shipping, we will send a shipping confirmation email.  We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through EDL Site in our sole and absolute discretion. We may also not accept due to reasons like:

• failed authorization of your payment, 
• products chosen are out of stock or incorrectly priced or described.

Cancellation of Orders

After we have sent out the shipping confirmation email, all orders are final and there will be no cancellations. 

Prices

We reserve the right to change the prices of products listed at any given time. These price changes will not apply to products in which you have been sent a shipping confirmation.

Payment Terms

Accepted modes of payments are Visa, Mastercard, AMEX including Apple Pay and Google Pay, PayNow Online, GrabPay, Shopee Pay

Fulfillment of Order

Orders will only be fulfilled after payment is received. We reserve the right not to fulfil orders if payments are not processed. 

Returns

At EDL, we accept returns within 14 calendar days from invoice date. All returns are processed in Store Credits. We do not offer cash refunds or exchange for returns. 

For returns to be eligible, do ensure the following:

1.     That all original tags, packaging and garment bags are intact for item(s) due for returning
2.     Return item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged
3.     In the original condition as received
4.     Returned in the original EDL delivery bag/box

We try hard to accept all returns as long as they reach us in good condition, in their original state. However, if item is unacceptable or does not meet the required conditions, the item will be returned back to you. 

All returns are processed through SingPost POPStation

All postal fees for returns are borne by ELECTRO DENIM LAB 

An extra polymailer is provided in every delivered parcel

However, if item is unacceptable or does not meet the required conditions, the item will be returned back to you. The shipping cost will be borne from your end

We are not liable for returns that do not reach us or are damaged during the return process

Return Process 

1. Fill in and submit the returns form here
2. Return label and tracking number will be sent via email
3. After receiving the above final confirmation email, prepare the return parcel
4. Do seal the returned items securely in the polymailer (provided in our delivery package)
5. Write the Order ID clearly on the polymailer.
6. Proceed to any POPStation to drop off the parcel
7. Input the return tracking number provided by us at the POPStation
8. Print the ezyReturn label and affix the label onto your parcel before dropping it off

Store Credits 

Store Credits  are only valid for 180 days, starting from the day it is issued. 

The Store Credits does not  have a cash value. 

Limitations of liability

All information displayed on EDL Site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we expressly disclaim any warranty, condition, guarantee, term or representation (i) as to the reliability, accuracy, completeness, and validity of any content or material on EDL site; (ii) that the functions contained on the site will be secure, uninterrupted or error-free; and (iii) that any defects will be corrected. Any and all such warranties, conditions, terms and representations are specifically excluded. We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in the materials on the EDL Site, including factual or other inaccuracies or typographical errors. You expressly agree that your use and/or access of EDL Site is at your sole risk. 

These limitations of liability apply even if we have been expressly advised of the potential loss.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us and hold us and our partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, and damages, (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from your use of this Site or your breach of the Terms of Services.

Entire agreement

These terms and conditions, encompasses the agreement between you and us in relation to your use of this site and supersedes all previous agreements in respect of your use of our EDL site.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Governing Law and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the [non-]exclusive jurisdiction of the courts. All dealings, correspondence and contacts between Electro Denim Lab and you shall be made or conducted in the English language.
