Mondays to Fridays, 10am to 5pm (excluding Public Holidays)

Returns

We accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days from date of purchase, provided that all original tags are attached

We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges for returns. Your return will be processed as Store Credits equivalent to the purchase price within 5-7 business days from when we receive it. 

Store Credits are only valid for 180 days, starting from the day it is issued

All postal fees for returns are borne by ELECTRO DENIM LAB 

An extra polymailer is provided in every delivered parcel

However, if item is unacceptable or does not meet the required conditions, the item will be returned back to you. The shipping cost will be borne from your end

All returns are processed through SingPost POPStation

Return Process

  1. Fill in and submit the returns form here
  2. Return label and tracking number will be sent via email
  3. After receiving the above final confirmation email, prepare the return parcel
  4. Do seal the returned items securely in the polymailer (provided in our delivery package)
  5. Write the Order ID clearly on the polymailer.
  6. Proceed to any POPStation to drop off the parcel
  7. Input the return tracking number provided by us at the POPStation
  8. Print the ezyReturn label and affix the label onto your parcel before dropping it off

We are not liable for returns that do not reach us or are damaged during the return process
